|Day 1 Ninh Binh / Van Long Nature Reserve / Cuc Phuong
Cuc Phuong National Park is located in Ninh Binh province and covers over 200 sq km. This is Vietnam’s most famous park. We depart from Ninh Binh to Van Long. On arrival at Van Long Nature Reserve, we enjoy a delightful boat ride past tiny villages and a unique area known for its magnificent limestone peaks.
Following that, we take a ride in Cuc Phuong National Park, which offers some wildlife viewing. The night spent at a comfortable guesthouse in the park’s headquarters surrounded by spectacular mountains and rainforest. (Lunch and dinner is included).
Day 2 Cuc Phuong / Tam Diep/ Ninh Binh
In the morning, we visit the Endangered Primate Rescue Centre in the park to witness the conservation efforts made to save the endangered langur, a primate species. If we have not exhausted your appetite for nature, check out the park’s Botanic Garden. We continue driving through idyllic villages sprinkled along the way. We absorb the daily life and appreciate the warmth and friendliness of the local people. Walking around open rice fields and pineaple fields leaves us time for learning about agriculture and its cultivation. This followed by our journey back to Ninh Binh, arriving there at around 5pm. (Breakfast and lunch is included)
From July to September, the climate is usually humid and hot. From October to June brings cooler and more pleasant weather.
Transport: bicycle, boat and car.
Tour Guides: all of our experienced and friendly Tour Guides speak excellent English or French. They are extremely knowledgeable about local cultures, history and the environment.

What to take: pack essentials for 3 days away from Hotel, including light comfortable clothes suitable for outdoor activities, comfortable hiking shoes. Take a small daypack for cycling and walking.
